Sanu Resources Ltd.

Outlook - Third Quarter 2008

For the coming quarter, the Company will continue to focus its exploration effort in Eritrea, Burkina Faso, and Congo Brazzaville while at the same time continuing to look for new opportunities elsewhere in Africa. Drilling of targets located to the north of the Company's Hambok copper-zinc discovery began in early April. Once drilling in the Hambok area is complete the drill will move to test new newly discovered base and precious metal gossans in the northern part of the license area in Eritrea. Target development work will continue on the gold projects in Burkina Faso and Niger. The initial mapping and sampling program in Congo Brazaville is complete and the Company has submitted an application for an exclusive Exploration License.

Sanu will continue to evaluate early to advanced-staged base metal opportunities for acquisition throughout Africa. The Company's objective this year will be to acquire one, possibly two, new projects to complement the Hambok discovery and exploration portfolio in Eritrea and Burkina Faso.
