| | | Paul Conibear
Position: Chairman, Director
Mr. Conibear is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in heavy industrial and mining projects in North America, Africa, Chile, Venezuela, Uruguay and Argentina. A civil engineer by training, his background is project and construction management of a diverse range of minerals projects including base and precious metal, coal and potash projects. Mr. Conibear spent many years with Fluor Daniel Wright, where he held progressively senior project management and site positions for a variety of projects and more recently was part of the of the management team that established the highly successful Simons Mining Group. Mr. Conibear is currently a Director of several Lundin Group companies and was President of Tenke Mining Corp. until its merger with Lundin Mining. While with Tenke Mining he was instrumental in progressing the world class Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt project towards development.

| | | Dr. Wojtek Wodzicki
Position: President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director
Dr. Wodzicki has worked in the international mining industry since 1987, managing exploration programs on five continents. Prior to joining Sanu he had an impressive career with Teck Cominco Ltd. that included managing exploration offices in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. In 2001 Dr. Wodzicki was appointed Teck Cominco's General Manager of Exploration for North America and Europe-Africa. He holds a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona . Dr. Wodzicki also currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Lundin Mining Corporation

| | | Dr. Demetrius C. Pohl
Position: Vice President Exploration
Dr. Pohl is a geologist with more than 37 years of mineral exploration experience. Before forming Sanu in 1997, Dr. Pohl spent ten years as a geologist for BHP Minerals, primarily engaged in gold and base metal exploration in Africa . He was involved in the early identification and evaluation of the Syama and Sadiola deposits in Mali, the Essakan deposit in Burkina Faso, and the Golden Pride deposit in Tanzania. Dr. Pohl's experience outside Africa includes exploration in Australia and South America. Dr. Pohl obtained his doctorate in geochemistry from Stanford University and is fluent in French, German, and Spanish.
